Coaching is a 3 step process that focuses on 3 key areas and can be conducted in person or over the phone. Typical coaching sessions last 30 minutes to 1 hour per week and can span the course of 6 to 24 months, depending on the client's needs.
Through these coaching sessions, a collaborative partnership forms from which goals will be set, strategies established and successes achieved.
The timeframe for the attainment of goals is based solely on how quickly the client wants to move through the process. Our clients are the driving force in the process -- setting the pace, goals and vision.
