How does Coaching Work?

Professional coaching, like golf, is a process. It requires asking the right questions for the right situation. Imagine coming to a course to play golf. You've played for years, are satisfied with your game, but wish you could be just a little better. To your surprise, the golf pro offers you a complimentary caddie. He thinks that the caddie can help improve your game. You, of course, accept graciously.

As you start the round, the caddie begins asking some basic questions. After a brief exchange, he hands you a club. You make the perfect drive. This continues throughout the course. The two of you discuss strategies, he offers you a club and you make a perfect putt. At the end of the day, you've played the best round of golf of your life. You thank the caddie and he responds, "I did nothing. You made the shots; I just handed you the club."

Coaching opens up the doors of oppertunity for lifestlye change, forward movment and ultimate achivement.

Coaching will allow you to build a successfull road map to your dream.

As your life caddie, I'll help you build the valuable skill sets which will enable you to achieve your own personal success.

"Clients share their goals and dreams more fully with a coach than with their friends, family or spouse."
International Coach Federation
